It all started in 2004 when God gave Faisal Malick the original message contained in his book, Here Comes Ishmael. This message would permeate the Muslim world, bringing hope of reconciliation with Israel. God’s heart has always been for Ishmael to be the forerunner to Israel, provoking her to jealousy that she would call out for her Messiah, Jesus, with greater intensity. For it is only in Jesus that these age-old enemies will be reconciled, paving the way for the birth of the One New Humanity. This is the end-time picture God is painting for the world to see.
The Convergence of the sons of Ishmael and the sons of Isaac is a sacred family reunion, only made possible through the work of the cross. In 2018, the first Convergence Conference was held in Langley, BC, headlined by two former assassins, one an Israeli Mossad agent and the other a Palestinian hitman trained by Yasser Arafat himself. Once on opposite sides of the war zone, Ron Campbell and Kamal Saleem found love and forgiveness in Jesus Christ and now work side-by-side for reconciliation, along with other former Muslims like Khalida Wukawitz as well as Jewish-background believers.
